Routine below isn’t strict, but it’s an aid to help me put some order
Weekdays (Except Wednesday)
- 6:30am - wake up → go for a walk
- 7am - learn swahili
- 7:30am - deep work (software or product)
- 11:30pm - meetings or admin work
- 12:30pm - gym (usually around 12:30pm if my meetings finish)
- 2:30pm - meal + some downtime
- 3:30pm - work (admin + marketing first, software after) usually have a walk in here too
- 10:30pm - get ready for bed

- 8:00am - swahili
- 8:30am - deep work (software or product)
- 12:30pm - gym (shoulders because of the run in the AM)
- 2:30pm - meal + some downtime
- 3:30pm - work (admin + marketing first, software after) usually have a walk in here too
- 10:30pm - get ready for bed
